  • This is very true. I work with a primarily black work force at my job and the word "Nìgger" and "wetback" (I am hispanic) is thrown around a lot, even by myself. It is not meant to offend and it doesn't. It truly is all about how you intend the word to find your target.

  • This disgusts me. I find the word "Nìgger" offensive but this is not a racial issue here, this is the issue of changing ones body of work from the way it was written and intended to be read a way that is just "politically correct".

  • Well, to be fair, it is a little bit more complicated than that. You cannot just say "BAM, your free so now you are wild." Cats raised in captivity have become accustomed to their surroundings...accustomed to not having to hunt for food.

  • Instead of trying to fix the problem with such swift and drastic measures, why not start teaching youth to treasure life? I do not know how many times I have told my kids not to kill things like bugs and snakes. We have no NEED to kill them.
